A Resolved Conflict Frees Captive Energies.
Mediation - A Valuable Investment for Your Company
For businesses, mediation is not only a tool for conflict resolution but also an investment in the long-term health of the organization. By restoring a positive work environment, motivation and effectiveness are increased. Teams can work together more productively, and managers can focus on strategic tasks instead of constantly having to appease different sides. A good climate reduces both staff turnover and absenteeism.
Mediation is a structured process that helps to resolve conflicts constructively and in a sustainable way. Ultimately, mediation saves time, money, and resources that might otherwise be lost due to unresolved conflicts or lengthy legal disputes. A harmonious work environment not only strengthens employee retention, but also your company’s reputation - making it a solution that is ultimately profitable.
In particular, periods of change carry the potential for conflict. When your company grows and transitions from an unspoken mutual understanding to clear structures, roles, and responsibilities, you face the challenge of reconciling differing needs and visions.

Momentum Mediation
We come together as a powerful team, ready to guide real people through real change. Our combined backgrounds and expertise allow us to approach each challenge with empathy, curiosity, and genuine openness. We bring appreciation, honesty, and a profound respect for everyone involved, creating a safe space in which true dialogue can unfold. Acknowledging that every step of the process is valuable, we weave patience, strength, and humor into our sessions. By embracing these qualities, we foster deeper understanding and pave the way for collaborative solutions that genuinely transform workplaces and lives.,
“Time is money”
Conflicts are costly in both the short and the long term. Some factors include “[...] distraction from core business activities, as well as the effort involved in allocating human and time resources. Economically difficult-to-quantify yet significant damage to reputation also plays a role. Even less quantifiable are the effects of conflicts on the working environment and culture [...]” (Duve et al. 2003:12f.).
What does science say?*
Conflict resolution is often left to chance - many companies lack a clear strategy for systematically managing conflicts.
When conflicts are kept in the dark, they reduce well-being and divert energy into the conflict instead of into work.
In Europe and Germany, mediation is less well-known than it is internationally, where it is already widely and effectively used.
Conflicts can escalate into power struggles or become “frozen.” The higher the conflict occurs in the organizational hierarchy, the more expensive it becomes, as it affects lower levels in the process.
Bringing in an external mediator generally eases the burden for all involved, as no role conflicts arise.
Process
We offer a non-binding phone call to determine whether mediation can help in your current situation:
If yes: We schedule an appointment and come to you. The process is flexible in duration, typically involving three to seven sessions.
If no: We explore whether we can offer an alternative solution. Sometimes the focus is more on guiding a change process or learning conflict competence. We can create a customized workshop to help you and your team develop a shared vision and effective structures, or to foster a constructive conflict culture.
Is mediation binding?
All results are documented in written mediation agreements. Throughout the process, decision-making power remains with the parties in conflict. They determine the content of the binding solutions and make these decisions jointly.
We are
Neutral and impartial
Quick and reliable
Committed to a standardized five-phase mediation process
Able to provide individually tailored workshops as process support
